For over two decades Adrian balanced the ski industry with film and theatre. His specialty is custom boot work and for a time he was ranked as one of the top boot fitters in the Northeast by Ski Magazine.
It all started at age eight when Adrian's mom bought cross-country skis for the entire family and said, "this year we learn to ski." Two years later at the local ski swap he picked up his first pair of down hill boards. As a teenager Adrian joined the high school ski team. Dubbed the Bad News Bears of Michigan ski teams, he learned to slalom using bamboo poles before the school was able to afford breakaways during his senior year. Everything changed when Adrian saw Greg Stump's Blizzard of Aahhh's. He dreamed of making ski movies and was fortunate to land an internship with Greg Stump Productions. This lead to him studying filmmaking in NYC where he eventually caught the theatre bug. In the meantime, to support his film and theatre habits Adrian worked at various ski shops. Eventually, he was recommended to boot guru Jeff Rich who recruited him to work for US Orthotic Lab and Masterfit Enterprises. Later Adrian landed in Lake Tahoe at the Start Haus (Skiing Business Industry Award for most Knowledgeable Staff and best Bootfitting). Currently, Adrian resides in NYC where most recently he worked for Paragon Sports and MasterFit.
